Quartz crystals are a gift from the earth. They have the ability to amplify or strengthen the things in you that are positive.
Quartz can strengthen your ability to be a loving person, and can enhance your abilities to enjoy life and accomplish the things you want in life.
Quartz can reduce stress, help with centering, strengthen, have wonderful healing properties and surround you with protection!

When you are alone at home feeling nervous and unsettled, don’t fret.

Just anoint a white candle with patchouli and lavender oils. Light the candle and some fragrant incense.

Meditate for a short time, and visualize the house being
infused with restful and peaceful vibrations.

Feel the candle and incense easing away your anxieties and fears. Hold your favorite crystal in both hands for a
few moments.

Visualize all your nervousness and forebodings being absorbed by the crystal.

Open a window to let some fresh air in. Enter each room with
the crystal.

Feel it drawing out residues of disturbing vibes from nooks, crannies, and from underneath all the objects. When you are ready, go to the front door and shake the crystal in the air.

Cleanse the crystal in salt water, then dry and keep it for future use.
