Drum Circle! at Sticks and Stones

Join us and be welcome as we get together and drum, shake rattle and roll once a month with Alexes Pereira!There is a place for beginners and experienced drummers in our circle. We will attempt to bring you a magical and fun evening as we drum in harmony with Mother Earth’s heartbeat. - Eleni is a crafter/artist who loves to spend her free time creating beauty from the natural world. A flower child and tree hugger for most of her life, her crafts have included many of Mother Natures gifts and span a wide range of mediums. Her current focus and joy is pressed flowers for decorating jewelry, luminaries, candles, wall art and other treasures. After years of creating for the pleasure of giving gifts from my heart and spirit I came upon research explaining the healing benefits of pressed flowers. Ancient Japan's Oshibana (pressed plant) art is where flowers combine the power of color and form. When flowers are placed in balanced floral patterns designed to strengthen body, mind and spirit, they can become powerful symbols to aide in healing or Oshibana Therapy.
