For the month of June, we will be exploring the beginners level meditation and creative visualization. We'll discuss what meditation entails, the different techniques and ways to achieve an altered state of consciousness. Additionally, we will explore creative visualization and some of the benefits they can bring to your life.

Sticks and Stones in Fairfax, VA is offering meeting space for this event, so this gives us an opportunity to support a local pagan business and to meet in a 'safe space'. There is a comfortable area in the back of the store with couches and places to get cozy for our Meetup. Tea is provided, however if you'd like to bring a snack to share, please do. Sticks and Stones has a variety of metaphysical, and spiritual products and items for sale including incense, gemstones and crystals, books, candles, clothing, and much more.
