Michelle's recipe for Avocado Basil Pasta

Here ya go!

8oz bow tie pasta ( I use tri-color)
2 med avocados, halved, seeded, peeled, coarsely chopped
6 slices crisp cooked bacon, crumbled
2/3 cup chopped fresh basil
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp salt (I thought it may need a little more)
1/2 cup finely shredded Pecorino Romano cheese ( this stuff is $16!! I just used shredded parmesan )

Cook pasta. Drain. Meanwhile, in a large bowl combine everything except pasta and cheese. Add hot pasta and toss to combine. Sprinkle with cheese!!!
